| A solvent or water based, clear protective coating for application to interior or exterior painted surfaces to protect from, or facilitate the removal of, graffiti. Must be resistant to commercial and industrial cleaners designed to remove graffiti. This coating must be non-yellowing when exposed to sunlight. Generally applied by spray but may be brushed in small areas. | ||||
