| MPI # 145 X-Green™ Latex, Interior, Institutional Low Odor/VOC, ( MPI Gloss Level 3) | ||||
| A white or colored latex paint with low odor characteristics and a VOC of less than 10 grams per liter. For use in areas such as hospitals and other occupied buildings where the odor and VOC levels of conventional latex products would preclude their use. It is intended for use on new or previously painted interior wall and ceiling surfaces including gypsum board, plaster, concrete or primed metal and wood surfaces. Note: Requires a properly-prepared Level 5 drywall finish. See "Standard Specification for Application and Finishing of Gypsum Board – ASTM C 840". |
