MPI # 15 RC Latex, Recycled (Consolidated), Exterior, Low Sheen (GL3-4)
This standard is for a near-white or colored exterior low sheen latex based paint, produced by the collection and consolidation of post consumer latex paint. For purposes of this standard, consolidated post consumer exterior latex paint must contain a minimum of 95% post consumer paint, with a maximum of 5% by volume secondary industrial materials, or virgin materials.

[Gloss must be a minimum of 10 units and a maximum 35 units @ 60°. Other evaluated characteristics include dry time, fineness of grind, hiding power by contrast ratio method, reflectance, flexibility, scrubbability, early water resistance, resistance to biological growth, and accelerated weathering.
