| A white, or colored, water based, high solids, emulsion-type, coating for new, or previously painted, exterior masonry, block, and concrete surfaces. Primary uses are on substrates such as concrete (poured-in-place or tilt-up) surfaces not prone to dynamic cracking (where an elastomer would be more suitable). High solids content improves filling, uniformity, and film build over concrete block surfaces. | ||||
